Refund Policy

1. Before Work Begins
If you cancel your project before design work has started, your payment is refunded in full — no questions, no fees.
2. After Work Has Started
Once design work has started but before your first design review is delivered, 50% of your payment is refundable. After the first design review has been delivered, the payment is non-refundable because the work has been performed.
3. Additional Work
Any separately quoted additions follow the same rule — fully refundable until work on them has begun, and always quoted upfront so you approve the cost first.
4. If We Miss the Mark
If we materially fail to deliver what was agreed in your project scope, we will fix it at no cost to you — or refund the affected portion of your payment at your request.
5. How to Request
Email bengall.work3@gmail.com with your order details. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
